Kathleen is the ultimate professional. She knows her field and certainly the laws. It was obvious from the beginning that she would not take sides, put up or be fooled by BS, or let us take the easy way out. There is no quit! Much better than facing a trial...

5 Stars! A relatively easy process that completely took the pressure off of us about a courtroom setting and expensive litigation. We both have a new respect for this course of action. Would certainly do it again, but hope I never have to!
